Day 9 –
Today, behind door number 9, we have purple sequins. My very first thought when I opened these, was Easter or spring colors. Not sure why, maybe it was the bunny that was available from Day 3, but here it goes, and Easter tag in December.
I used the top hat and bunny from Day 3 to create a basket and Easter bunny. The flowers are from Day 5.
I should have added a basket handle, and Easter sentiment to finish this a little better.

Tag Measurements – 2.5 x 4.25 inches
Assembly instructions –
- Due cut tag from white cardstock and background paper. Adhere the background paper to the white cardstock to create a more sturdy card.
- From white cardstock scrap, cut out the bunny from day 3, and two small flowers from Day 5.
- Die cut the bunny ears/nose piece from light pink cardstock scrap.
- Die cut hat band from Day 3 from patterned paper.
- Die cut flower middles from bright pink cardstock scrap (3) which matches the patterned paper.
- Die cut 6 leaves from mint green cardstock scrap.
- Die cut 1 pale purple flower (or other color to match patterned paper) from cardstock scrap.
- Die cut top hat from Day 3 from craft or similar tan/brown paper cardstock scrap. Use a dry embossing folder to create basket weave pattern.
- Assemble bunny and basket – Adhere hat band to top had. Adhere pink nose/ears to bunny and then layer the basket to the bunny.
- Assemble flowers – Adhere flower centers to flowers, adhere leaves behind flowers.
- Assemble tag – Adhere bunny/basket to center of tag. Layer and adhere flowers as desired. Adhere purple sequins as desired.
- Add bakers twine.
