I have to be honest, with this die I was challenged with what to do with it for my daily tag. The die itself is cute, a horseshoe with sentiment on it and a clover/leaf die is very on trend and could be used for many occasions. St. Patrick’s Day is the most obvious. I have recently collected a few “cow-person” themed sets which this would fit well with as well.
I chose to use part of the die set and combine with sentiments from day 4 and flowers from day 5 to create a “thank you” tag instead of a “good luck” tag.
I am excited to see what others come up with for this die and I will bring this die back out for St. Patrick’s Day as I’m always looking for stamps and dies to go with St. Patrick’s Day.

Tag Measurements – 2.5 x 4.25 inches
Assembly instructions –
- Die Cut (2) pattern paper stitched die tags. Decide which to use for the mat and which to keep as the primary pattern.
- Trim the mat tag, 1/8th from each side (I cut down the stitch marks).
- Die cut the solid horseshoe and sentiment from white cardstock scrap.
- Die cut a horseshoe with detail from silver matte cardstock scrap. Keep the “dots”, and set the rest aside.
- Die cut the sentiment mat and flower in a coordinating color of cardstock scrap to the pattern paper selected.
- Cut flower center in a coordinating solid color cardstock scrap.
- Die cut 2 large stems from day 5 in coordinating green cardstock scrap.
- Assemble the tag – Adhere the sentiment to the sentiment mat and adhere to the tag, bottom. Adhere the white horseshoe to the tag, just above the sentiment. Adhere the flower to the center of the horseshoe and above the sentiment, glue only the center of the flower. Adhere the flower center to the flower. Adhere the leaves behind the flower as desired. Adhere the “dots” onto the white horseshoe.
