Happy Halloween Eve, I love the Halloween holiday and usually would have decorated the house but this year, we were away for the first half of the month so I didn’t get to it. I’ve posted a few more Halloween cards to my gallery though.
I’m in the middle of a project documenting the build of our house. I think I’ve already filled one album and working on another and I haven’t even gotten to the good stuff yet. It has been a 2 – 3 year journey so I’m sure it will take up a few albums.
I may be posting some pages this weekend but for now I will post some recent work I did for Valentines Day and working with the Lovely collection from Authentique.

This card making kit included 6×8 cardstock, sticker sheets, alphabet stickers, and cardstock accents. I used my own scrap of ribbon or thread, metal accents, doily, die cut elements, buttons, solid cardstock and lace. I think there is enough product in this kit to make a hundred cards, especially when combining with some of your own leftover scraps.
This isn’t a style that I normally work with as I prefer a cleaner, less cluttered type of card or scrapbook. It was fun though, to use some of the scrap materials that I had and to make a set of cards with no particular person in mind as a recipient.
